Precautions:

Keep the bottle sealed and store in a dry safe place.

Dangerous for the environment. Harmful to aquatic organisms, may cause long term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.

Use biocide safely. Always read the label and product information before use.

Directions:

Fill clean watering can with approximately 5 litres (1 gallon) of pond water, add the correct dose, 50ml of products per 1000 litres (220 gallons). Stir well and distribute evenly over the surface of the pond. Avoid dropping the concentrated solution directly onto aquatic plants. If present, switch OFF UV clarifier for up to 7 days after treatment for maximum effect. For maximum effect remove as much blanketweed as possible, remove any decaying blanketweed in subsequent days as the Liquid Gold takes effect.

Storage and Disposal:

Store in original bottle and keep out of direct sunlight. Dispose of empty bottle in rubbish bin. Dissolve of unused liquid product at your local civic amenity site. Dispose of any treat pond water on bare soil or ruff ground. Avoid disposal of treat water down drains and water courses. This product is approved under the control of pesticides regulations 1986 for use as directed. Use only in accordance with the direction on the label.

Statutory conditions or approval relating to use

For use only as an aquatic algaecide

Apply 50ml of product to 1000 litres (220 gallons) of pond water. Liquid Gold is for amateur use against algae in garden ponds which capacities less than 25,000 litres and which do not have outlets to watercourses (streams, drainage channels etc). This material and its container must be disposed of in a safe way. Do not empty in to drains. Do not contaminate ground, water bodies or watercourses with chemical or used bottle.

Not for use in wildlife ponds. not for use in ponds when frogs or toads are spawning. Read All precautions before use
